After years of yo-yo dieting, I found it very difficult to loose weight even though I watched what I ate. I decided to try to the Standard Process Purification Program offered at Costa Acupuncture. I have tried other programs in the past but never saw any drastic changes. To my surprise, the program was not difficult to follow because I was never hungry. My energy levels increased and I experienced a feeling of well being that I had not felt in a long time. I am now sleeping without having to take any sleep aids. By the second week of the program my friend's began to notice that I looked different. In all, I lost ten pounds over the three week period. The best part is that I can fit into several dresses that I had not been able to wear for some time.
