At Costa Acupuncture, we also believe in Functional Medicine.  This is the ultra-modern medicine that takes advantage of all of the latest tests and research to get to the “root” of each patient’s problems, rather than treat them with a single, one size fits all, approach.  Most functional medicine practitioners agree there are three principle aspects to maintain balance and health.  They are Sleep, Nutrition, and Exercise.  Acupuncture helps improve sleep.  Nutrition is a cornerstone of Chinese Medicine.
